Radiographic Report
Radiographic interpretation:
The cardiac silhouette is subjectively normal in size with a VHS of 10.2 and VLAS of 1.9 and no chamber enlargement patterns. Pulmonary vasculature is normal. No abnormalities are seen within the pulmonary parenchyma.
Radiographic diagnosis: Normal thoracic radiographs.
Clinical interpretation/ additional case information: In the absence of any radiographic abnormalities, the presence of significant heart disease is unlikely.

Clinical history:
Apparently healthy dog was presented for a dental. A grade 2/6 left apical systolic murmur heard on physical exam.
