Clinical History
Blackie is a 13yo domestic shorthair presented for apparent hind limb pain. The patient was ambulatory, had good femoral pulses bilaterally, and normal nail and footpad color. Radiographs were obtained to evaluate for cardiac enlargement that may be a risk factor for arterial thromboembolism.
