Radiographic Report
Left-sided cardiomegaly with a tall upright heart consistent with left ventricular enlargement(VHS 11.1) with a moderate to severe caudodorsal bulge consistent with left atrial enlargement(VLAS 2.2). There is a perihilar caudodorsal interstitial pattern with pulmonary venous distention. Given the breed, age and clinical signs, we suspect dilated cardiomyopathy with congestive heart failure. |
